Shipping & Delivery

Your Tread & Riser Covers, Decorative Shutters, Ole Iron Slides and Barn Doors will be specially packaged to prevent damage and protect your custom finish during shipping.

You can expect the following turn-around times. 

  • 1-2 weeks = Tread & Riser Covers, Stair Parts "unfinished"
  • 3-4 weeks - "Custom" Tread Covers and Stair Parts
  • 3-4 weeks = Tread & Riser Covers, Stair Parts "prefinished"
  • 4-7 weeks = Tread & Riser Covers, Stair Parts "custom prefinished"
  • 1-2 business days = Ole Iron Slides

*After entering all items in our online store, and depending on the size of the order, UPS Ground or XPO Logistics shipping charges will be calculated, based upon daily shipping rates and the size & weight of products & units ordered. After accepting the shipping charges, you will be given the opportunity to review your entire order and proceed with check out.

*Upon delivery, please make sure to inspect all products, so in the case of damage during shipping. We are able to charge back the shipping company within 3 days of delivery for the damages. Please notify us immediately if you find damage to your shipment.
